About Our 5kg Premium Peanuts for Birds
The perfect size for bird feeding beginners, our 5kg Premium Peanuts are an amazing option for those with smaller gardens or small feeders. Providing wild birds with a healthy source of fat, fibre and protein, premium peanuts are the best way to ensure your feathered friends are strong enough to make it through the harsh winters as well as the busy breeding seasons.
Plumper and larger than standard peanuts, these premium whole peanuts are un-shrivelled and have been aflatoxin tested. Aflatoxins can be extremely harmful to birds so we take extra care to make certain that our peanuts are completely safe.

How to feed
Our Premium Peanuts are perfect for all year round feeding from a mesh peanut feeder.
Loose peanuts of any size can be harmful to fledglings as they are a choking hazard - so please ensure you only feed from a mesh nut feeder.
How to store
All of our bird foods should be stored in an airtight container to preserve them for as long as possible. If you do not have an airtight container, a cool dry place will suffice, but we do recommend a container to help keep them fresh for as long as possible.

Most garden birds will eat our Premium Peanuts, but some birds that particularly enjoy them include:
