About Our 25.1kg Whole & Split Peanuts for Birds.
Our 25.1kg Whole & Split Bird Peanuts are a great all round food providing wild birds the choice of large whole peanuts or more manageable halves. This makes them more attractive to a wider selection of wild birds.
Like all peanuts they provide a great source of nutrition in the form of healthy fats, fibre and protein.
Whole & Split bird peanuts is usually a good mixture of the two but can range from being all whole peanuts to all split peanuts.
Aflatoxins can be very harmful to birds so we take extra care to ensure that our peanuts are tested and completely safe for wild birds. A small number of peanuts may be blackened due to being overdried in the drying process - these are likely to be discarded by birds and will not harm them.

How to feed
Our Whole & Split Bird Peanuts are suitable for offering to your garden birds throughout the year from a mesh peanut feeder.
Loose peanuts of any size can be harmful to fledglings as they are a choking hazard - so please ensure you only feed from a mesh nut feeder.
How to store
All of our bird foods should be stored in an airtight container to preserve them for as long as possible. If you do not have an airtight container, a cool dry place will suffice, but we do recommend a container to help keep them fresh for as long as possible.

Most garden birds will eat our Whole & Split Bird Peanuts, especially as the offer peanuts of different sizes but some birds that particularly enjoy them include:
