Autumn and winter are tough for wild birds, with scarce food and freezing temperatures. Our Autumn & Winter Mix is packed with protein and oil-rich ingredients like dried mealworms and sunflower seeds, providing essential energy and weight gain to help them survive. Keep feeders full and support your garden birds through the harshest months!

Do you do smaller bags?

This product is made up of 5 bags each weighing 5kg. The bags will be delivered in one box but can then be lifted individually for easy handling.

When to feed

Feed year-round, especially in autumn and winter when food is scarce. Packed with dried mealworms, black sunflower seeds, and millet for essential energy, keeping birds strong for the breeding season ahead.

How to feed

Our Autumn and Winter Seed Mix can be fed all year round, but preferably during the colder months from either; a seed feeder, a ground feeder or a bird table.

How to store

All of our bird foods should be stored in an airtight container to preserve them for as long as possible. If you do not have an airtight container, a cool dry place will suffice, but we do recommend a container to help keep them fresh for as long as possible.

Birds you might attract to your garden

This mix is packed with protein and oil-rich ingredients that will attract a variety of garden birds, especially Robins, who love the dried mealworms. You can also expect to see Blackbirds, Blue Tits, Chaffinches, Coal Tits, Collared Doves, Dunnocks, Great Tits, Greenfinches, House Sparrows, Long-Tailed Tits, Song Thrushes, Starlings, Wood Pigeons, and Wrens visiting your garden.
